Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of $26 million (USD) senior project financing for two hydro projects totaling 12.2 MW located in Oregon and Montana.
 
Selkirk was responsible for arranging construction-to-term financing, preparation of the financial model, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
