400,000 GJ waste-to-energy project in Ontario
Selkirk acted as financial advisor to Convertus in respect of a construction-to-term project financing for a 400,000 GJ waste-to-energy project in Ontario.
Selkirk was responsible for preparing the financial model, negotiating commercial terms, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, and leading commercial negotiation of definitive loan documentation.
Post closing, Selkirk also acts as the loan agent on the transaction.
