Selkirk acted as financial advisor to Boralex in respect of non-recourse project financing for the 125 MW/500 MWh Oxford battery energy storage project located in Ontario.
Selkirk was responsible for managing the transaction process, including marketing with prospective lenders, negotiating and structuring commercial terms, assisting with financial modelling, coordinating due diligence, leading commercial negotiation of definitive documentation, and closing.
