Selkirk acted as financial advisor to Boralex and their Innu partners in respect of construction-to-term project financing for the 200 MW Apuiat wind project located on the North Shore of Quebec.
 
Selkirk was responsible for managing the project financing process, including marketing with prospective lenders, negotiating and structuring commercial terms, assisting with financial modelling, coordinating due diligence, leading commercial negotiation of definitive documentation, and closing.
