Selkirk acted as arranger for the lender in respect of a $11 million non-recourse project financing for an operating landfill gas cogeneration project located in Montréal, Québec.
Selkirk was responsible for originating the opportunity, negotiating commercial terms, managing the deal structuring and due diligence processes, negotiating loan documentation, closing and funding.
Selkirk acts as the loan agent on the transaction.
