Selkirk acted as financial advisor to Waga Energy in respect of a $25 million non-recourse project financing for a portfolio of three operating landfill renewable natural gas projects located in Quebec.
 

Selkirk was responsible for managing the project financing process, including marketing with prospective lenders, negotiating and structuring commercial terms, managing the financial model, coordinating due diligence, leading commercial negotiation of definitive documentation, and closing.
Following closing, Selkirk also acts as the loan agent on the transaction.
